Nightmares

Nightmares, those terrifying and vivid dreams that can jolt us awake in a cold sweat, are a universal human experience. While their origins and exact triggers remain enigmatic, nightmares are believed to be a byproduct of our brains’ attempts to process strong emotions and traumas. Maintaining a regular sleep schedule and ensuring a dark, quiet, and comfortable sleep environment can also contribute to a more restful night’s sleep.
