However, men can also develop urinary incontinence, especially as they age and their prostate gland enlarges.

Pelvic floor exercises, also known as Kegels, can strengthen the muscles that control urination. In some cases, medication may be prescribed to relax the bladder or tighten the muscles around the urethra. For more severe cases, surgery may be recommended to correct any underlying issues.
In addition to medical treatment, there are also products available to help manage urinary incontinence, such as absorbent pads and adult diapers. These can provide a sense of security and allow individuals to continue their daily activities without worrying about leakage. It is important to remember that urinary incontinence is a common and treatable condition, and seeking help from a healthcare professional is the first step towards managing it.
